Coopeservidores follows a triple bottom line strategy, which boosts solid, cost-effective and sustainable growth, has a positive social and environmental impact and mitigates any negative side effects that this implementation might have. This vision has trickled down to permeate the entire cooperative, achieving an overall commitment towards economic, social and environmental well-being, by assessing risks, compliance, and internal controls.
The economic axis of this strategy is reflected in the liquidity of its financial results, which have been achieved through the responsible management of funds and an innovative commercial strategy, focused on a simple, digital and humane values proposal. The social axis has led COOPESERVIDORES to generate well-being through alliances and projects surrounding financial education campaigns, volunteer programs and solidary aids. By joining the UNEP FI and becoming one of the founding signatories of the Principles for Responsible Banking, Coopeservidores once again upholds the commitment it made towards social responsibility almost a decade ago; they strongly believe in a cost-effective business model that spawns social and environmental value.
