As a follow-up to its major report and CEO Briefing, the North American Taskforce held a very successful workshop at RBC Headquarters in Toronto looking at the latest trends and opportunities in green financial products and services. The event covered a diverse range of topics, such as the key drivers for green product development, namely the public and corporate appetite for such products as well as the policy and regulatory environment. The afternoon focused on specific product offerings across a number of sectors including retail banking, asset management, project finance and insurance.
