On 5 April, 2006 the UNEP FI Central and Eastern European Task Force held a high-level meeting on sustainable finance in Moscow, Russia. The event included presentations on corporate social responsibility, environmental regulations influencing financial services and environmental risks in project financing. A panel discussion was organised around the theme of sustainable banking products, after first Russian financial institutions have launched green credit cards in the past year. Speakers included:
