Brief Overview of Organization
Launched in September 2015 after receiving the third new UK banking license in 150 years, OakNorth Bank provides fast, flexible, debt finance (typically loans of £500k to £25m) to UK businesses. To date, the Bank has lent several billion to businesses across the UK and across a multitude of sectors, directly helping with the creation of tens of thousands of new homes and jobs. The Bank is already net zero for its Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, and is committed to addressing Scope 3 to reach net zero for all its emissions sources by 2035.
