The UNEP Division of Technology, Industry, and Economics (DTIE) facilitated a multi-stakeholder process to prepare 22 industry sector reports in advance of the World Summit on Sustainable Development (Johannesburg 2002). In this report, key actors from the finance and insurance sector examine progress towards sustainable development and outline future challenges and actions to be taken.
